First time using this company. I found an item I had wanted on Amazon that was no longer available and at a lower price! Free shipping was fast as well! Will buy from again! Thank you!

Great deals and fast shipping
My first order from VIP outlet was a great bargain and I received it much sooner than expected. I will now search this site whenever I need to make a purchase.

I have made many orders
I have made many orders. Many have been great bargains and arrived in excellent condition. However there have also been several that have arrived damaged or were not the item as shown. I didnt rate this down but one star because returns are free and easy. Refunds are fairly fast. I would use this outlet more if the were more concerned about making sure things were right before shipping.

Don’t trust
Don’t trust. Scammers. You’ll lose your money and get something that vaguely resembles the real item you paid for but either way you’ll be defrauded. They mix in some real orders but combine it with scams galore.

Scam
Scam, never received my item. Customer service hangs up on me when I ask them to check on my order status. No replies through email.
