I ordered a laptop Friday morning and was extremely happy with the price. Two days later I received an email that said my order was cancelled because "it did not meet our highest standards". I do not understand why these items are posted on the website before they are inspected. It is hard to believe, I feel like something fishy is going on here and I will continue to update this post as I find out more info.

If I could give a "0" I would. I bought a Samsung Galaxy A51 supported by Straight Talk through Walmart.com. Came quickly. On the box there is a label which, in part, says "BRAND NEW" and "FULLY FUNCTIONAL." We put a screen protector on it before activating it (clumsy husband). Couldn't activate it. Apparently, it was never swiped before it was sent out. I called customer support at VIPOUT and was told that I needed to return the phone because an activation code was not available. They are sending a label for return (am I out the screen protector? PROBABLY.) Why send a phone when you have no activation for it? This was a gift. Now I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Caveat Emptor! (Let the Buyer beware.)

I ordered a refurbished laptop from VIP Outlet through Walmart's website, and I was hesitant as I'd never heard of them as a reseller. The item arrived super fast, appears brand new, and was very securely packaged. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

I made a purchase for the first time with a 10% off code which showed on the order page, however when I when to look at my credit card online. VIP Outlet CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT!! They did not deduct the 10%. I've chatted twice and called twice over the past 3 months to get my money back, each time they say it's being processed. But I still haven't received. This place is a scam fraudulent site whose customer service is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

I bought a PS5 game (AC Valhalla) but received a PS3 game (Spider Man 3). The game came in the case for AC but the disc inside was intentionally flipped and when I took it out it was a fricking PS3 game (which may be the reason for the lower price compared to the trending price on eBay. Maybe they were trying to attract people to scam). I'm very very disappointed and frustrated. I reported the product on eBay and really hope this is an honest mistake and they will make it right.

I find VIP pricing on most items to be excellent, especially on refurbished items. The items come in great condition. They ship fast, and their customer service is really good. I recommend.

I ordered from them through eBay an item that cost almost $70. It was apparently delivered to wrong address because we never got it. You’d think for the cost of the item wed at least get a picture on our doorstep. Nope. They got their money and i got nothing. Don’t do business with these people
