I bought an Android TV player and it was brand new. I paid half the retail price and very happy with VIP Outlet's service. However, Their items are often out of stock. I would recommend them adding more items to the platform. I thank them for providing products at a reasonable price.

I had an issue with the shipping. I finally got to speak with an agent, and they resolved everything within 48 hours. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

Hello, Thank you for the positive feedback. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Best Regards, VIPOUTLET Customer Support
Absolutely horrific customer service. I’ve purchased from this company a number of times with no issues but experienced a shipping issue (understandably outside the company’s control) in early March. The company offered a refund in late March but it never posted to my account, and I’m now having to deal with the bank to work on a refund. The company has done next to nothing to resolve the refund issue and seems to only be concerned with getting their product back, which was finally delivered nearly two months after ordering. I still don’t have a verified refund, and I’m not sure why I’m expected to return a product until that is resolved. I’ve vouched for this company before but never again. It is now nearly two months after initial purchase of this product without a clear resolution. I’d steer clear of this company, they couldn’t care less once they get your money. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
