I paid for a status match with this website and after payment was made a few days later o was told it wasn’t available and offered something less or a refund. I waited for my refund and they have ceased communication with me. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !!!’

Thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, the specific service requested became unavailable after your order was submitted. As soon as this was confirmed, we contacted you to explain the situation and provided two options: an alternative service or a full refund. Because the alternative was not suitable for your needs, a full refund was issued. We understand that this outcome was frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, we believe transparency is important. When a service cannot be delivered as requested, we would rather inform the customer and provide a refund than proceed with an unsuitable solution. Customer satisfaction and honest communication remain our priorities, and we appreciate all feedback that helps us improve.
