I purchased an ENCLEX e book for $5.99 last month 24th September, I was fraudulently charged almost $40, this so sad. I never apply for monthly Subscription but only one time payment, it’s bad , same date of the month in October ,have been fraudulently charge same amount. I need my refund and stop nonsense unauthorized charges.

Scammer! Already contacted my lawyer. Destroy this scammer guys

Lo considero especialmente preocupante porque, si realmente existe un consentimiento para contratar una suscripción, la empresa debería poder demostrar claramente **en qué momento del proceso de compra acepté dicha suscripción y dónde se informó de manera transparente del cargo recurrente de 29,99 USD**. Yo creía que estaba realizando una compra puntual de libros, no contratando un servicio de suscripción mensual. Dejo constancia pública de mi experiencia para que otros consumidores sean especialmente cuidadosos y revisen detenidamente las condiciones antes de realizar una compra. Same story as everyone else. I purchased one 4.99 ebook bundle (not even worth that much, very low quality) and they have been charging me 29.99 for 6 months. I just noticed the charges yesterday. I am working on a charge back with my bank, but they said that they can't because of the type of charge. I called the company and they *say* that they will refund me for one month and cancel my subscription, but only time will tell. I have made a report to the FTC about the fraudulent/deceptive charges so hopefully that will help get them shut down, but it's unlikely I'll be seeing that money ever again.

I discovered a $29.99 recurring Fullboox subscription that I do not recall knowingly authorising. I received no subscription confirmation, monthly invoices or payment notifications. I only discovered the subscription after noticing FULLBOXT2 513 charges on my bank statement. I cancelled it immediately and requested a refund, but so far I have received no response.

This shady company is nefarious; the tactic is to get you to buy for a $ 4.99 ebook they advertsise on FB. They hide the fact that they are charging you for some type of subscription. You will not be notified when payments go out. No invoices are issued, and when I did buy the $4.99 ebook, which was to learn Spanish, the ebook link was broken so there was nothing to download. When I emailed them saying it was broken, nobody replied. I just ignored it, thinking I'd lost $4.99. I can't be bothered doing anything with that. Now I've just looked at my card, and I have been charged $ 30 for the last nine months. I'm in the process of filing a chargeback to get this money back. The shady thing about this is that, until April, the payment was the same every month same time. After April, it switched, and they changed the descriptor to fullBox2. I just checked, and the download link didn't work then, and it still doesn't work now. So anyone buying this in the last 9 months never received anything. Even if it did, who on earth would sign up for a Learn Spanish" 1-time downloadable PDF for $30 a month? It's absurd. When I tried to visit their orders page to ask about this, it had no SSL certificate, and my browser said not to visit it as it is not safe. The fact that some of these one-star reviews on this page are from people that FullBox has paid to do fake reviews- which they did, and they never got paid for- I think it says everything. Full scam.

I bought a book from a fullboox Facebook link for $4.99, only 3 days later to realize I was subscribed to their digital library for $29 without my consent. I need my money back ASAP.
