I'm really sorry — this isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and the fact that your emails went unanswered is on us, not you. I want to make this right immediately. I've flagged your order internally and we'll get you either a full refund or a replacement shipped today, your choice. Please email me directly at [email protected] (I'll watch for it personally) with the order number or the email address you ordered under, and I'll take care of it right away. Apologies again for the runaround.
