Rude customer service and you have to pay for your own return shipping back to CA

We’re a family-owned business, and we want every customer to feel treated with courtesy and respect. We were concerned to read your comments and reached out to understand what you found rude, but didn’t hear back. We provided the address for your return. While we understand return shipping is an unwelcome expense, our published policy states that customers cover that cost.
