Initial order took more than a week before any action. They then told me the 2016 vintage I ordered was not available, but offered two later vintages. I finally accepted for eight 2017 bottles and seven 2018 bottles. The packing slip I received showed that, but the box contained ten 2017 bottles and five 2018 bottles. So nothing terrible, but just a little sloppy.

Thanks for your review. I believe the wine manager was giving you a better 2017 vintage as the '18 is young. Regardless, the order should've been fulfilled as requested. We apologize for the error in the vintage count.
I've been looking for wines from Moldova in the US for a while. This is exactly what I wanted! Thank you!!!

Although my order was filled incorrectly, the problems were resolved in my favor. Thus, I became a very satisfied customer.

We are happy to see you are satisfied and the issues were resolved. Thank you for your praise. We look forward to assisting you in the near future.
You never filled the order. Charged my credit card and I had to contest the charge to get it reversed. What a way to do business. Slimy to say the least.

Good afternoon Mr. George Marcelin, We greatly apologize for the error on your refund. We placed the refund in our system the same day; however, the request didn't go thru to our processor. We received a system confirmation the refund was processed. We were not aware of this situation. I have personally called the bank processor to request an immediate refund to your card. In addition, I have placed a courtesy $15 credit on your account if you decide to try us again. Again, deepest apologies for the error. Please contact us directly in the future for assistance.
We received everything we ordered. Not only did we receive everything promptly but everything was received early. The order was made after inquiries made to Vinovations regarding what wines would best match what we might be happiest. The case sent was nothing short of perfect. Not only was the wine delicious but Vinovations did not steer us to the most expensive wine as many were below $20 per bottle. I will be ordering from Vinovations again and will mix my next order with wine that they had previously suggested and hopefully some new recommendations. I highly encourage others to benefit from our experience with this knowledgeable and professional company!
