This was our latest purchase of a vinotemp product. We have been very pleased with their wine coolers and cabinets. Our latest purchase was to replace our kitchen wine cooler. It is a very nice unit, cools right down and is very nice looking in our kitchen.

I ordered (2) silver mirrored wine drawers, received a black glass wine drawer from 2 different vendors (I thought that the first vendor (Home Depot) sent the wrong drawers, so I took them back and reordered from Target.com.) These units look NOTHING like what is pictured on various web sites. My second set of drawers arrived re-crated, upside down and dented on the back sides and a piece of stripping @the drawer was bent. I REALLY wanted the drawers and have just accepted these by default.....the control lights are so bright, I need to put electrician tape over them to have these in my home bar. I am still under construction and they are not yet in use....I really feel that Vinotemp needs a more precise picture of how these units truly present.

The mirror glass takes the color from the room, the door is mirror not black, we do not have any black drawers. Did you call Vinotemp, before getting the second one, as they would have advised, that when this is in a light colored room the unit is lighter. The mirror reflects thats the beauty of the unit. We are sorry you do not like the blue bright, that seems to be a feature we were asked to provide, for a few reasons (it protects against bacteria in the inside blue light). Receiving it upside down is not acceptable especially when these units are packed strapped on a pallet, so the carrier should certainly be responsible for such horrible treatment. I will let the resellers know of the shipping issues, and to add the information that its reflective of the environment. We appreciate your feedback, very useful.
The icemaker I ordered came in very dented and because of the dents would not fit in the space it was destined for. The warehouse sent it in its original retail packaging which was very thin and did not protect it. Customer service will not accept the return/exchange and I am out the $1200 I wired upfront for this. I will not be recommending Vinotemp appliances to anyone. I purchased this through your distributor, O'Rourke Sales and had to prepay. They are not honoring a refund or exchange. The icemaker weighed 84 LBS so I'm guessing that is why it was not palletized but it should have been better protected for shipping.

Your email does not come up in our records, we put the icemakers above 100 pounds on pallets, and we dont usually take wires from US customers. Please advise so we can clear this up.

I signed up for our warranty for a wine dispenser, a very expensive one, and never got notifcation that they received our online form. No confirmation email, confirmation letter, or confirmation message on the screen once submitted! I still don't know if my 1300 wine dispenser has a warranty! Just a simple confirmation at the end of submitting the form would be nice, and now I have an issue with one of the dispensers not working! We'll see if they'll even service it. Be careful! As an update, I still have yet to get my fridge serviced. I emailed their customer service, and they asked me for the ID number for the unit which I provided. I still haven't heard anything from them!!! Buy anything non-vinotemp! Over priced and no service!!!! So much for our $1300!!

I asked service, and you can email [email protected] to check. Service: After you order it you are supposed to receive an email with an online order number. If you forget to enter their email which will not allow the order to actually process which could have happened.
