I had an excellent experience working with Vinmove Auto Transport. Communication was clear and prompt, all load details were accurate, and payment was completed on time. Brian Jones was professional and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I worked with Albert at vinmove and the experience could not have been better. Albert communicated with me throughout and kept me informed all the time. I own a dealership and get cars shipped all the time. I have had some good brokers and some bad ones. Albert made such a positive impression on me that I plan on using him frequently. I highly suggest vinmove and encourage others to work with Albert.

Thank you for your feedback. We couldn’t find any record of you using our services, but we still take all comments seriously and are always open to clarifying any concerns.
This is a scam! I received an initial text from a broker named Justin, which seemed very authentic and reasonable. We had a phone call during which I asked several questions about their business practices, confirmed their deposit policy, and eventually signed a contract a few days later for a transport that would take place the next day. I was concerned that during the call, the broker admitted they did business under another name as well, and he indicated that their BBB accreditation was in progress. Nonetheless, Justin and I agreed to move forward, and he said he would send me a message with the driver's details the evening before, or at the latest, the morning the vehicle would be picked up. The morning of the transport, I did not hear anything from the driver or from Vinmove. I called Vinmove, spoke with Justin, who said he would contact the driver and call me right back. I waited outside in the cold and snow for two hours, called and texted repeatedly with no answer. My calls then started going to voicemail. Moving a vehicle is a stressful experience that requires a lot of trust. This company is sus!
