There downloads are unusable they wont open when shared a scam

THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!. CHARGED ME AN INITIAL CHARGE FOR A REPORT THAT IS NOT DETAILED AND THEN CHARGED ME THE $25 MONTHLY WHICH I TRIED TO USE SINCE THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME AND IT TRIES TO CHARGE YOU ANOTHER ADDITIONAL $25 FOR A REPORT EVEN WITH THE MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE. STAY AWAY!!!!

Do not buy 10 vin checks - valid only 30 days time frame

Unfortunately I have to confirm the other reviews of getting only generic data that can be found elsewhere online for free. ALTHOUGH: After contacting them for getting a useless report, they instantly refunded me without any trouble. At least at this point the merchant is trustful.

Paid for a report and got generic specs, no service history. Asked for a refund and got a generic reply. I’m my opinion, this is a scam. Don’t give them your money!

I would give them 0 but I don’t have an option. I recently called for a refund they didn’t have any report on my car last 2 years I went to carfax it was even last month that I changed my oil and inspected the car. These are scam they look cheap because they don’t offer anything at all. If you read this message you are safe. Thank you. I would sue them for not refunding the money but they have under their policy that they don’t give a “tish” ⬅️ (the other way read that word)

Report was erroneous. Didn’t even list the correct motor in the vehicle. Asked for refund and they refused. They claim their information isn’t guaranteed accurate. Scam

Absolute scam. The information given in the report is the information you already have. They also state that they offer a full money back guarantee if you aren’t 100% satisfied. When you contact them to request the refund they just send the same canned email/letter from Ahmed P. (Supposedly a Customer Support Representative) explaining how to access your report that you’ve already seen. They send the same email over and over again every time you contact them. They won’t respond to refund requests. Horrible fraudulent company. Please don’t use this company. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner.
