I purchased a pair of sandals for my girlfriend from Vikani and there was a little confusion over the size. When I reached out via email, the owner was extremely helpful and offered to exchange them. She was extremely generous, and even offered to refund my initial shipping charges, which she did not have to do I ended up getting the correct size sandals, which I wasn’t able to find anywhere and my girlfriend was extremely happy. I would highly recommend this shop!

There was an issue on my end the first time I attempted to order off the site; however, they looked into it and helped me resolve it promptly. The shipping was fast, and the product quality is excellent.

A nice selection of bathing suits. We bought two: one for men, one for a teenage girl. And both are good quality, very happy with it.
