Complete Life Changer
Complete Life Changer, When I first received the consultation from Alex, it seemed too good to be true. It even raised some doubts that I would achieve successful results, but I decided to give it a try. The one thing that took me by surprise is how interactive the fitness app is. It keeps track of all the reps you entered in your journey, which helps motivate your progress, in my opinion. This also helped me with my nutrition goals. I was able to see what my overall macro intake is before eating all my meals. This helped me tremendously to maintain control of my snack cravings. These app features really helped me out, but the biggest game-changer is that I'm able to communicate with Alex 24/7 through the fitness app. Once you ask a question, he gives the best answers as soon as he can. I find this more impactful than a personal trainer in a local gym. I trusted the process and went with it patiently, and I was completely surprised by the results. At the end of my 6-month journey, I have lost 50lbs and become leaner than I ever was in the past decade. Not only was I seeing progress physically, but I have also noticed major progress in my mental health as well. Starting with my sleep schedule. Usually, I would be so overwhelmed with anxiety that I would have to rely on Melatonin and sleeping meds to fall asleep. The workouts helped me maintain my sleep schedule and provided me with signals that it is time for bed. This also impacted my confidence. I wasn't afraid of taking off my shirt in public anymore, and stopped having insecurities about the way I look, and family and friends took notice of that. The only thing that I would say negatively about this program is that my clothes no longer fit me. But other than that, I would recommend this program to any gamer who wants to make a change in their fitness journey.
