I spoke to Steven Hook of Victory Tax Solutions because I thought that I may need assistance in resolving some tax issues that I have. I currently owe The IRS more than $15000 and The IRS informed me that my account would be placed in an "uncollectible status" and that they would be filing a lien for those taxes owed. With a lien filed I thought that this may affect some upcoming disability payments that I am expected to receive. Steve informed me that as long as my account was in uncollectible status, The IRS would not be pursuing collection activities, although the taxes are still owed and interest will still be accrued. He gave me all of this information over the phone. It shows integrity that I was not allowed to proceed with unnecessary consultations and charges that I did not need,

I came across Victory Tax Solutions when looking for a tax resolution company to help my parents with their tax issues. My parents' issues were particularly complex, but working with both Steve Hook and Jennifer Long has made the process much less painful than it could have been. They were constantly in contact and answered any questions that I or my parents had promptly and were able to bring down their tax liabilities a great deal.
