Vibiz is an AI marketing workspace for small businesses: paste your website and it makes your ads, videos, posts and landing pages, launches the ads on Meta and Google, and shows you what worked. You start by pasting your website or your Instagram page, and Vibiz reads your brand: logo, colors, fonts, tone of voice and the products or services you sell. From that brand kit it makes static ads, short videos, carousels, social posts and landing pages with checkout built in. You approve what goes out. Vibiz schedules posts on your connected social accounts and launches paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google from your own ad account, with the budget and the service fee shown before anything runs. The workspace then shows how each ad and post performed, so the next batch builds on what worked. Vibiz is built for founders and small teams in ecommerce, local services, apps, coaching and agencies who want steady marketing without hiring a full team or an agency. It is a paid subscription with monthly and yearly plans. Ad budgets are paid directly to Meta or Google, and current plans are listed at vibiz.ai/pricing. Ne leur faites surtout pas confiance, c'est une arnaque. Il n'y a aucun service client cela fait des jours et des jours que j'essaie de me faire rembourser

⭐Extremely frustrating experience – avoid I had a very poor experience with Vibiz. I was being charged for a service I wasn't using, and when I tried to cancel, I couldn't find any clear way to do it through my account. I searched through the account, billing and settings areas, but there was no obvious option to simply cancel the subscription. What made it worse was trying to get help. I could only communicate with a bot rather than an actual person, while the charges continued. When you're trying to stop payments, going around in circles with automated support is incredibly frustrating. At one point I could find an option to delete my entire account, yet I couldn't find a straightforward way to cancel the paid subscription. That makes absolutely no sense to me. A subscription service should make it easy to see what you're paying for, cancel it when you want to, and speak to a human when there's a billing problem. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Vibiz. PS. Some reviewers state they were offered 25 credits in connection with completing a survey/review process. Worth bearing in mind when reading the ratings.

Gerard, I'm sorry. Cancelling should take a minute, and a billing problem should reach a person. To cancel, open the Credits page in your workspace and click "Cancel subscription". You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and you won't be billed again. If you were charged after you tried to cancel, write to [email protected] with your account email and mention this review, and I'll make sure a person on our team handles it. Angelo, Vibiz cofounder

Sorry, Denzel, and sorry for the slow reply. Ads not loading while credits still go out is a bug, and you should have heard back about the refund. Write to [email protected] with your account email and mention this review, and we'll look at the credits and the charge. Angelo, Vibiz cofounder
Absolute waste of time and money. Greedy company that doesn’t care about users, only about your money. Product is awful. Deliverables are awful. Policies are a scam. They’ll disappear within a year if they don’t fix this. Guaranteed. Terrible leadership.

Sorry, Michael, and sorry for the slow reply. I'd like to know what went wrong with the deliverables and which policy felt unfair. Write to [email protected] with your account email and mention this review so it reaches me. Angelo, Vibiz cofounder
It's a scam. You cant even try it before you need to pay. They use Claude for all work - so you can do it there instead.

Thanks for the feedback, Niklas. Vibiz is a paid subscription from the first day, and the plans are on vibiz.ai/pricing before you check out. It runs on several AI models. What you pay for is the workspace around them: it reads your brand, makes the ads, videos and pages, launches them on Meta and Google from your ad account and shows you what worked. You can not even run demo screenshots once before you pay, and after you pay, you have the risk of ads looking very bad.

Fair point, Vedad, and sorry for the slow reply. Vibiz is paid from the first day, but before you subscribe it now reads your site and shows your brand kit and a first set of ads, so you can judge the output first. If the ads you got looked bad, write to [email protected] with your account email and we'll help you get them right. Angelo, Vibiz cofounder
