Poor customer service. Service rep did not return phone calls, said she would call me back with an answer, and then did not. So unhelpful, do not care.

Filed a chargeback dispute through VIBE Credit Union. The merchant provided USPS delivery proof, a full email communication record, and the cardholder's own dispute form admissions. VIBE Credit Union ignored all of it and sided with the cardholder. This credit union does not conduct fair dispute investigations and their process has no accountability for fraudulent claims against merchants.

No wonder this has no reviews. Loan denied without no good reason. Excellent credit score. Disappointed !
