Not fair or reasonable when it was THEIR FAULT!
Here is all that I have been dealing with in a capsule and then my correspondence with them: I bought it on 7/19 in good faith. I bought as new SIM and waited 2 days. The time spent was WELL over 2 hours right off the bat - One hour to set it up before I could even test. I get a message right away and I lose signal and have to reboot, that it can't be used with a different carrier - other than Verizon. COULD NOT ATTAC NOT HAPPY. Don't you at least test it with a good SIM? THEN One hour and and 12 minutes on the phone with 4 different people from Verizon that I should have not had to spend time on And the more time with Tracfone; ANOTHER 23 min with Geraldino at TracFone because Verizon said to call them. It will be 3 Hours total PLUS a lot of grief and stress is too much...it is 37 minutes to Ashevlle and another 37 min. back plus waiting time there! PLUG $8.65 gas at 17 MPG SEE ATTACHED PLUS $2.10 and 2 days for a sim card = $10.71 PLUS I make over $50 an hour! What are you going to do to make me a happy Amazon customer? Best regards, Ben CORRESPONDENCE: Got the phone and I spent an hour setting everything up and then put a SIM in the phone and I get a message that it can't be used with a different carrier - other than Verizon. NOT HAPPY. Don't you test it with a good SIM? Aug 2, 2023 3:55 PM They replied: Of course, you can also return the item to us, and we will issue a refund. Please let me know either way. Aug 5, 2023 5:05 PM I did as you said and I CAN make calls but I still get that message from Verizon a full day later. Aug 8, 2023 11:04 AM The time spent was over an hour - One hour and and 12 minutes on the phone with 4 different people from Verizon. I want a significantly lower price on the replacement phone please. It will be 3 Hours total and a lot of grief and stress is too much... Aug 8, 2023 11:36 AM Hello, To get return instructions, please start a return request from your Amazon account, by logging in, navigating to orders, finding the one you want to return and clicking on RETURN. Once we get your return request, we will authorize it. The return label will be provided in the return if for some reason it does not upload please reach out to us for a return label. Thanks! Aug 9, 2023 9:16 PM You failed to answer my question concerning getting another phone from you (instead of a competitor or eBay) AND getting a discount! It will be 3 Hours total and a lot of grief and stress is too much... Aug 10, 2023 11:07 AM Hello, We are unable to offer any additional discounts, as for another device you do have an option of opening the return for a replacement but the original item must be in transit first before the replacement can ship. You can also place a new order if you wish and once received you can return the original as well. Aug 10, 2023 7:08 PM That is unacceptable because I am out real money for a SIM and gas and a LOT of time. I even spent ANOTHER 23 min with Geraldino at TracFone because Verizon said to call them too! ALL YOUR FAULT! I will call and write to Vexwire then and then the BBB if they don't help because this is NOT Better Business! Aug 11, 2023 10:34 AM Hello, We are sorry you feel this way, I do understand the frustration when there are issues with an item. Since the device is having these issues we would need our technicians to physically inspect the device. You can open the return and will be provided a return label if one is not auto generated we will gladly provide you one. Aug 11, 2023 8:38 PM AGAIN, NO GOOD! Getting worse and worse! Amazon does not need or require that nor need your technicians to physically inspect the device to get my money back! BBB and Trust Pilot, here I come... I am NOT going away... Aug 12, 2023 11:29 AM Hello, We will provide you a prepaid return shipping label on MONDAY when we are back in the office to return the device for a full refund as per our AMAZON guarantee. Aug 12, 2023 12:49 PM I WANT COMPENSATION but you never even asked me how much...37 MIN one way x 2 Plus Waiting Time PLUS a SIM PLUS gas @ 17 MPG [link removed] Aug 12, 2023 2:32 PM I had a link proving time and distance but Amazon removed it. Attachments: Time and distance UPS to H0me.JPG Aug 13, 2023 11:53 AM Hello, We are unable to offer a partial refund. You have the option of a refund or an exchange once the item is returned. Aug 14, 2023 3:22 PM Hello, Before packing up the device for return, please make sure that your Apple/Google accounts are no longer connected to the device and remove them if they are. Please return all the accessories received with the device. Please package the device safely and use the prepaid return label provided. Drop the package off at your nearest Post Office. Attachments: 112-3188519-3034666.JPG Did this solve your problem? No Aug 14, 2023 5:22 PM OK, if that is the way you want to play it I will pursue all of my options AND I will let Amazon and your prospective buyers know.
