Verti auto insurance is priced right. The website is easy to navigate, and I enjoy the useful mobile app. I like also that I have a personal agent I can call with any questions or problems. Thanks for great experience!

Sarah was great. She kept fixing problems that I should have never had. The steady emails that kept threatening to terminate my coverage due to either not completing my pre-inspections or needing proof of ownership of my vehicles was extremely frustrating. The last straw was a 25% premium increase 2 months after I had added another vehicle. The initial increase, I was lead to believe, was going to be my bill. I never filed a claim, but I hope those who do have an experience that is less stressful than experiences. Yes, I am in the process of canceling. Liberty Mutual gave me a premium for my 4 vehicles that was within $1 of the premium that Verti said my premium would be before they increased it another $50.

For as long as I could drive I dealt with a 9 to 5 insurance person then I switched to Verti Insurance. I NEVER expected the wonderful reliability of having someone there at all hours. My adviser (Vanessa) is AMAZING at her job. She made it so simple for me to understand things I was confused on and is always so quick to pick up her phone or gets right back to me. I am very happy.
