They had a problem with a damaged order..... They took care of it

First order shipped was damaged so they sent replacement shipment. That was all damaged also. Now, I cannot reach customer service to get a refund / credit.

The dividers are great

We purchased a 20 foot airwall to help transform a section of our lobby into semi-private meeting space when needed. We love the incredibly small footprint it occupies when folded up. Incredibly convenient and efficient. Delivery time was much quicker than anticipated...but the shipping cost added 25% to the total bill. I know the supply chain is distressed and gas prices are high but we are located within 20 miles of the warehouse in Minneapolis and it just seemed excessive. Still would recommend but might ask more questions about that part of the bill first.

I give 2 stars instead of one because the end products are nice. But dealing with the company was a pain in the but. Product production was delayed and their was not communication. Shipping was delayed and delayed and delayed - and in addition to the $900 charged for shipping if you want it taken off the truck there is an extra charge - if you want it delivered inside vs curb there is an extra charge - which is hidden in an email link. And then after all that - they then told me that the carrier wouldn't take them off the truck or bring them inside - and I had to bring my own people to do. And they couldn't give me a day or time window -and I just had to check tracking and call each morning. which meant having people on call or paid hours waiting around for nothing for days. Get your shipping and communication in order with your prices and products!!

Versare was great! Order process was easy, shipping was fast and the end product went together with out a hitch. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for cubicle dividers.

We are pleased with the Versare partitons we received. Because we are setting up a partition in an area that is not close to an electrical outlet, the partitions with electric post kits was great for us. The partitions look attractive as well.
