UPDATE: Excellent customer service! Within 24 hours of posting the initial review, Versare reached out to resolve the issue. INITIAL REVIEW: Decent panels, but the heads of the wall mounting screws didn't fit inside of the hardware that holds the panels on the wall. An unacceptable oversight, in my opinion.

When I received the product (Portable wall), one of the wheels was not currectly in place, but tilted. It seems that it was screwed incorrectly. It did not seem like a transportation damage. I called to the phone in the website and they asked me to send a email to customer service from which I did not received any call or email.

We contacted the company three times during our research of their product and they were quick to respond. We got the blocks and they all came quickly even earlier than they had promised. The blocks are awesome and they were even better than what we had expected. Great innovation. We like it a lot.

Love the L-shaped partition! Gives me just the separation I need from the front counter to allow me to focus on my job. When staff is short, it also allows me to see the front counter and who comes in the front door that may need assistance when others are not available to help them! Great product! Customer service was great!

Your website is easy to navigate. Product specs are on point with measurements and weight. Photos and reviews helped with my decision to order the outdoor 5 panel privacy screen for our hot tub. Can't wait to receive the product!

Ordering was quick and easy, products arrived on time and with sufficient notice to allow for loading dock preparations. Minor damage to one coat rack was handled quickly, with a replacement shipped and arriving within 2 days. Highly recommend the product, company and service!
