I just got my Versadesk two days ago, and love it. Super easy to order, and arrived at my house within a week of ordering. Took it out of the box, plugged it in, and was working away. Great experience!

Customer Service and standing behind their product is the worst I've dealt with. They do not respond to emails for inquiries and help. Go elsewhere unless you want to throw money away and waste a bunch of time!

I made an online order on Monday 08/07. I called and left a phone message and emailed that same day in effort to get this order tax exempt and receive the GSA discount. Its been over two days and I have yet to receive any sort of reply. My office alone has purchased 4 desks (not including my order). One would think we would be privy to more prompt communication.
