Service from reps was outstanding. Wouldn't have to deal with reps however if the product actually arrived as planned. Monitor arm never shipped which in turn made for a bad customer/end user experience that my team had to deal with. Regardless, it was handled in a timely manner by Randi. Outstanding service and follow up. (#514130).

I have just had my desk less than two weeks and really like the functionality of Versa Desk. Starting Monday, I will be back to using it for work. Spending a week in the corporate office for training made me miss the functionality of my Versa Desk!

They are on the ball there! Excellent service and they respond immediately to any questions or concerns. They do everything they can to assure optimum service and product and they are very patient, friendly, accommodating and helpful.

I am very pleased with this product. Easy to setup and use. Works great in the down position and allows for plenty of adjustments to be made on the height with the automated control for up and down.

I purchased my desk and it arrived with a big chunk broken off of one corner.
