Great customer service experience and great product!

Love the desk! The only issue we are having is the monitor arms shake when moving up and down. We wish they were more steady.

No communication on order status! still waiting for product almost a month after placing order.

Love my Versadesk! The entire experience from ordering it to delivery to set up was very easy. Highly recommend!

EVERY interaction with VersaDesk has been positive, and as I look around my office I can see a dozen or more of their powered desks. It is easy to give a good review when things go right. On a few occasions, things didn't go right and there was some damage from shipping. VersaDesk staff stepped right in and made my problem theirs. One email with a photo or two of the damage and replacements were shipped out the same day! My last shipment arrived and I could see they made some changes to the packaging that, in my opinion, is much more secure. The keyboard tray is now shipped detached, requiring 4 thumb screws (included) 30 seconds and no tools to install. It really is a quality product.
