I work in a very busy restaurant and use these debit machines regularly. They are horrible. Freeze during transactions. Every day at least 10 times daily. It’s embarrassing

There's bad and then there's verifone bad. They don't speak english. They won't troubleshoot general issues or basically do ANYTHING without having your account up ( they wouldn't even tell me there hours of operation without the account). They can't provide you with any info even if you give them everything they need. It's a complete joke. I called to get basic troubleshooting help and provided everything they asked for and in the end they advised me I was set up through a 3rd party but couldn't/wouldn't say who it was. It was a big secret so I was and still am unable to get general help. I can't cancel with this company fast enough!!!!

Does not deserve even a star. You told them that was a mistake in chosen the product and to refund after few minutes after purchasing (after receiving the serial number and name of the product I noticed that something is wrong) - no understanding that popup windows with "special offer" can be deceiving and showing other products while you are looking for something else. Anyway - do not buy from them as they just want your money and no way they are thinking on your needs.

Vh Julia På vegne af A S Administration ApS
