Verifly Drone InsuranceReviews of verifly.com

Great app and so easy to use. I used this for myself, husband and son recently to fly to and back from the US with British Airways and it’s good to have everything all stored together on one app and made it so easy to show all our information in request.

I travel three or four times a month and I’ve never had an issues with this app. I cannot understand why there is such a high amount of 1 star reviews. Either I’m unbelievably lucky or maybe others are uploading poor photos, etc… Really pleased with this app as it enables me to check-in before I get to the airport, so I don’t have to get there so early and I can spend more time in the lounge.

After all the negative reviews I was reluctant even to download the app. However I am so glad I did. All our documentation went straight through and we were certified fit to travel. I had no problem uploading anything. We were able to do online check in and go straight through security without any further checks!

Everything was pretty straight forward. They approved most clauses within minutes and the last one was checked off pretty soon after I uploaded it, too. I didn’t know what to expect because of the previous horror stories within the reviews but my experience was completely fine, thankfully!

Brilliant. Worked smoothly for me for uploading docs and made check- in easy at LHR AND SFO. Only niggle was not being able to delete a traveller after my error.

I was worried about negative reviews but need not have done so. My experience was positive, I struggled a bit to get my head round what was required but I plodded on following the step by step guide and completed each element and sailed through my Check in On Line with BA. I am not a tech geek, I am nearly 80 and probably the patience of age helped me through.

After reading all the negative reviews I was very sceptical about using the app. I need not have worried as it was so easy to navigate. The login process with the selfie was easy and straight forward. The only negative I have is I had to send my NHS Covid vaccine certificate to me computer to scan the QR code as there was no option to get it from my phone whilst in the app. My Covid test couldn't be scanned as it said it was not a digital QR code so i uploaded it manually. The acceptance was confirmed less than 2 hours later. Everything green and good to go. Need to see how easy it is to use at the airport check in.Update. the app worked perfectly at Heathrow. Took 2 minutes to check in. Couldn't use it to come back as it wouldn't accept flight details.

I had to check-in for a flight on Monday evening at Rotterdam. I had used Verifly to confirm the forms which I required and had a completion statement on my phone which I used at the airport to confirm to the checkin agent that I had all of the correct data. I did not have to produce the passenger locator form or my vaccination certificate to the checkin agent. Unfortunately the BA check-in system had failed so the checkin was being done manually, a hand written piece of card reminiscent of the cards used before computer check-in was the norm got me onto the flight. I am led to believe that there is a possible link between verifly and the checkin system, but of course with the checkin system down it was not possible.
