There were lots of mistakes, comments were repetitive, and did not pique our interests. Ultimately, they provided the information we wanted. Considering the prices are reasonable compared to other companies, customization is flexible, they provide simple graphical visualization of trends and have a prompt response time, overall we can say that they are average.

The market analysis report highlighted many areas that were beneficial in both products and applications as well as manufacturers. After reviewing the initial report, I responded to VMR that some of the information (units & dollars) did not "balance" from table to table. They responded and corrected the errors. There were some other minor corrects made too. Overall, the market analysis report confirmed what I thought. Therefore, it was an excellent evaluation and very helpful to my decision process.
