I had difficulty logging in due to a change in phone number. Most my web vendors put me through hell trying to recitify the issue. I sent a message over the weekend to Verified Investing's customer support. They proactively added my new number, which allowed me to login early Monday morning. Many other vendors never answered. I find Verified Investing's website & social media channels have superb professionalism and attention to detail. Some organizations are just out to make a buck. Verified Investing has unusually strong leadership and vision with great attention to detail. It makes it a pleasure working with them as a partner in my investing.

Gareth listens to feedback and takes actions. He gives out expected targets beforehand. Hence I could place my orders before even I received the buy alerts bu setting up Limit orders. I am busy as an Senior Engineer, hence cant keep track all the time. I really appreciate his screenshots of chart posting as well as videos explaining and educating.
