I often cannot join a session due to alledged connection problems. Yet, I can connect to other video chat programs (QQ, WeChat, others) with no problems at all. This happens quite often.

My tutor is really good. There are relatively frequent camera/voice outages though, but not sure if that is due to the site or my tutor's or my equipment.

Great website to learn languages. Easy to use with a lot of features and very good teachers.

Occasional issues with technology platform to connect, but otherwise stellar experience. The teachers are fantastic and very skilled and engaging. Highly recommend for language learning!
