If we are given a time frame for completion it is always met, and occasionally finished ahead of time. There was an incident where a Spanish speaking staff member for one of our clients claimed Verbatim's translations were not "correct". We thoroughly reviewed and made our grievances apparent to Verbatim. They were always very attentive and on top on our replies.
