VenustasReviews of venustas.com

My wife and I enjoy this company so much. I ordered a new jacket for my wife and when it showed up. I charged the battery it wasn’t working the way it should. I contacted them and sent a video to them, they sent me a replacement battery immediately and now everything works the way it should. We have several different apparels from them and it’s an awesome company.

I really like the cooling vest, I used it while I was doing landscaping and it really helped to prevent me from overheating.. Definitely do not regret having this cooling vest, and I strongly recommend this product.

Customer service was great! Having trouble with my battery and they offered me one for 60 per cent off! Very nice!

Blown away on how well I was treated when I had an issue with my heated vest. Can not say enough good things about the customer service. I am very pleased.

An item arrived with a small hole, and the company worked swiftly, with consistent communication, to ensure I promptly received a new, working item. The customer service was wonderful!

I had to change the address of my order and Ann with Venustas customer service was quick to help. She did a great job following up all the way until the product was delivered to the correct address

The only thing I like better than the product, is the customer service. Easy to get ahold of, solutions-oriented and friendly.
