Our experience was par excellence. Our flower order did not get delivered on time but sat in NJ FedEx on the event day. A few very anxiety filled hours. Once I called and informed the owner, they made sure that the exact order was duplicated and sent with a private cab driver overnight and made sure that it reached Pittsburgh half hour before the event started No one else could have pulled it through. Thanks🙏

I purchased a Venus et Fleur arrangement as a Mother’s Day gift for order #1020868. When it arrived, the flowers were already falling apart — petals scattered throughout the interior of the gift box and a full bloom completely detached on the lid tray. This was a defective product delivered in their own branded packaging. I contacted customer service immediately with photos documenting all the damage. What followed was nearly a week of runaround — requests for more photos, promises to escalate to management, two full days of silence, and ultimately an offer to refund me only AFTER I return the item they never properly sent me in the first place. Mother’s Day came and went with no gift and no resolution. For a brand that charges premium prices and markets itself on luxury and life’s special moments, the product quality and customer service were an absolute disgrace. I’ve since filed a chargeback. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Your concerns were first reported to our team on May 6th, and after reviewing the photos provided, we offered an immediate replacement arrangement so we could ensure a new gift arrived in time for Mother’s Day. That resolution was declined. Additionally, while we did request that the original arrangement be returned, the replacement would have been processed simultaneously, meaning you would not have needed to wait for the original item to arrive back to us before your replacement shipped. Your order was placed with our “Get It in Time for Mother’s Day” shipping option, which carried an estimated delivery window through May 9th. At the time your concerns were reported, there was still sufficient time for us to replace the arrangement within that delivery window and ensure a gift was received ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday. As our arrangements are handcrafted and made with real preserved roses, unfortunately, damages can occasionally occur in transit as these items are fragile. However, when concerns are reported, our team’s priority is always to provide a prompt resolution, which in this case was an immediate replacement offer. We understand your frustration and are sorry we were unable to reach a resolution you felt comfortable with.
Sadly I bought the 3 pack 9 tiny roses in a square light green box with not even a hint of a smell of roses and a tiny unscented candle and a round light green container with one red rose with no scent costing about $238.00 and on same order I sent my cousin in Texas a LePlein round green container with 24 tiny unscented pink roses for $238.00 no hint of a scent of rose? I called to initiate a refund and guess what THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS?? WHY BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT Appears to be FRAUDULENT. I wish I had read reviews and return policy. With all the hype I was sure they'd take back product from unsatisfied clients but oh no! The worst thing I spent $500.00 on ever. I'm going to contact the BBB and any other entity that fights fraud for unassuming purchasers. What a major, luxury everlasting lie. Don't buy unless they promise to refund unsatisfied clients.

Our arrangements are made with real roses that undergo a specialized preservation process to maintain their appearance for a year or longer. As part of this process, the natural fragrance is often softened, so scent can vary and is not something we’re able to guarantee. Each piece is also made to order and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Due to the delicate, perishable nature of preserved florals, we’re unable to accept returns once an arrangement has been opened, as they cannot be safely repackaged or resold. This policy is outlined at the time of purchase. We understand that this may be disappointing, especially given the investment, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We’re always working to ensure our product experience is communicated as clearly as possible.
I read this review AFTER I went searching to see if my experience was a one off, hiccup, or anything that made it seem unusual: "I was so looking forward to beautiful peonies that would last for a year or more! However, upon receiving my order, I am so disappointed. The flowers arrived seemingly okay from the outside packaging, but when I opened the box, they were a mess. Petals are cracked, broken off, and look tattered. There is no way I can give these to my mom for Mother’s Day. They are so broken. The petals look like they were dried and then beaten against a cement wall." I had bought from them multiple times, to the tune of thousands of dollars and the recipients loved the arrangements. On the peonies, similar to what was described above, it was not what was expected. My wife and I drove to the local store, but it had permanently closed. We emailed and sent photos. They offered no exchange, credit, or any recourse whatsoever. They lost a repeat customer. Don't buy into their marketing. They should do much better on customer service.

We understand how frustrating it is when something meant for a special occasion does not meet expectations. After carefully reviewing the photos you shared, our team did not identify damage consistent with transit-related issues. The arrangement received reflects the same structure, fullness, and petal composition as shown across our website and product imagery. As these are real preserved peonies, their naturally ruffled and layered petals can sometimes appear more textured once preserved. While we’re always happy to review and assist, we are typically only able to offer replacements or further resolution in cases where there is clear damage identified. We genuinely appreciate your past support and are very sorry to have lost your confidence here.
Most horrible company in the world to purchase from. A flower arrangement that I spent nearly $1500 on came horribly damaged with the ceramic vase broken & the refused to send a replacement or refund me. Their only excuse was their “care” team makes sure every arrangement goes out properly packaged when almost every review I’ve read mentioned damaged arrangements delivered. I was a VIP client of theirs but they’ve lost a customer in me and made sure to let others know not to purchase from them. Garbage company.

As each arrangement is handcrafted using natural materials, some variation is expected, and based on the images provided at that time, our team did not identify any damages. We later received a follow-up message over a week after delivery noting that the vase was significantly damaged. As this was not mentioned in the original outreach and was reported outside of our 48-hour reporting window, we’re unfortunately unable to validate or replace the item. For context, this arrangement is hand-delivered and carefully packaged to minimize any potential impact during transit. Our team would not dispatch a piece in the condition described, and timely reporting is essential for us to properly investigate and assist. We truly value your feedback and appreciate your understanding of our policies.
Very expensive and very disappointing. I wish I’d read customer reviews ahead of ordering. I have had my arrangement just over a month and it’s already deteriorating. I’ve looked after it and customer service are not interested. They apologise but although the product is clearly sub standard they won’t entertain replacement. Dont buy from them, poor product quality and while customer service respond they do not resolve issues.

I’m sharing my experience with Venus et Fleur as a returning customer. My first order (Large Square arrangement) was excellent! It delivered on time and in perfect condition. That experience led me to order again. My second order (Thalia Porcelain Vase arrangement) was disappointing. The arrangement arrived with missing and broken petals, visible tears, gaps in the arrangement, glue strings on rose petals, and dye residue on the vase. Overall, the presentation appeared rushed and inconsistent with the quality I expected at this price point. The packaging also did not seem sufficient to properly protect the arrangement during shipping, which likely contributed to its condition on arrival. The issues reflected both packaging and quality control concerns rather than normal variation in preserved flowers. I contacted customer service requesting a replacement, but did not receive a response until several days after the holiday the arrangement was intended for. Due to the delay, I followed up requesting a refund instead, as a replacement was no longer useful. The only resolution offered was a $50 credit, which did not adequately address the issue. This experience confirmed my decision not to order from this company again. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be aware of potential risks with packaging, consistency, and customer support, and to consider working with a local florist for more reliable communication and service. I would also recommend not focusing only on positive reviews. Take time to read negative ones as well to get a more complete picture before purchasing.

We also want to clarify a common misconception around packaging. While the base of each arrangement is securely protected, the florals themselves cannot be fully wrapped, as any direct contact can cause damage. Because of this, some light shedding during transit can naturally occur. We do occasionally see damages occur and it is usually due to handling with the courier. That said, we never want a customer to feel unheard. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not trust them with important occasions. They will not deliver the flowers and then they won’t even give you a refund. I repeat, they didn’t deliver the flowers and now they won’t issue a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Your order was dispatched and out for delivery on 2/14 as requested, with a second delivery attempt made on 2/16, as reflected in the UPS tracking updates shared with you. According to UPS, the package could not be delivered due to an issue with the address provided, with the status indicating that the recipient had moved. In these situations, the carrier returns the package to sender, as they are unable to complete delivery. We can confirm that the order was fulfilled and shipped exactly as entered at checkout. While we did issue a refund to assist, a chargeback was opened shortly after. Once a chargeback is initiated, the funds are held by the financial institution, which unfortunately prevents us from completing or reprocessing the refund directly. We are truly sorry for the frustration this experience may have caused, but we are glad to see that the matter has since been resolved in your favor.
