No customer service
Ordered Manrose MG150BT fan. Paid by Paypal but no acknowledgement of the order. Their Paypal account gives a private individual name. Sent two emails to chase the order and no response. The website appears to be genuine but should be avoided. Filed a dispute with Paypal for recovery of funds. AVOID

Scam website that looks real
Scam website that looks real. Avoid. Ordered a Manrose XF100H bathroom fan. It did not arrive despite an email from "WalterAnders(at)hotmail.com " their, seemingly UK rep, explaining that it was coming on express. His email has since stopped receiving.
