Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your initial experience. We can confirm that your case has now been fully resolved and your refund has been processed. The delay occurred because we did not receive your initial inquiry through our official customer support channel. Once we received your message via our online support and the required information, we were able to review your case and complete the resolution promptly. At Velo Team, we always strive to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible, and we're pleased we were able to reach a satisfactory outcome. If you're happy with the way your case was ultimately handled, we would truly appreciate it if you would consider updating your review to reflect the final resolution. Kind regards, Mia Rose Velo Team

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We respectfully disagree with several statements made in this review and would like to clarify the facts. You requested a refund before your order had even been delivered. We explained that, under our Return Policy, a return request can only be processed after the customer has received the item. Regarding the jacket, we were unable to approve the return because you informed us that the original tags were no longer attached. However, our warehouse packing footage clearly shows the jacket being shipped in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. In addition, after reviewing the information provided, we found no evidence of any manufacturing defect or quality issue with the product. The other two items from your order were delivered several days later. Once they were received and a valid return request was submitted in accordance with our policy, we promptly provided the return label and assisted you throughout the process. Throughout this matter, we made every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns professionally and in good faith. Unfortunately, despite our continued assistance, a number of serious public allegations have been made that do not reflect the documented facts of this case. As these allegations are now the subject of legal review, any further communication regarding these claims will be handled by our legal representatives. We remain committed to treating every customer fairly and resolving all legitimate concerns in accordance with our published policies. Kind regards, Legal Affairs Department Velo Team
