They were very helpful when I called asking how to implement a warranty claim. The mechanic that did the repair also said they were polite and easy with which to work and they paid their portion of the claim within 24 hours. One final note - the warranty covered 75% of my repair including the $100 deductible which came to almost $1150. Rich

The works was great except when I purchased the warranty, I was advised that I had a $200 deductible and all else would be covered 100% bumper to bumper. This turned out to be not true.
