Well, everything was handled by the dealer. But from the sounds of it, they had no issues getting my car fixed and getting Allstate to approve the repair.

It is a shame that I had to use my warranty already. I've only had the car for about 3 months and it's been in the shop three times.

All-State was great to work with and 100% honored all coverages from my warranty with no Hassel. I would highly recommend All-State to everyone for vehicle warranties

I had to deal with many representatives! All we’re understanding and friendly except one. My advice is you get a rude one hang up and call back - there are very good ones also if you have a warranty make sure the place you purchased it from filed it correctly and paid the surcharge if your vehicle has any modifications! Save a long depressing and frustrating battle ! Overall Allstate is one of the best as long as you know the paperwork is filed correctly.
