Astronomical playthrough requirement means you’ll never get to redeem

Yall better listen to these reviews about this casino. The negative is right. I just won 500 on here. Apparently you gotta play it through not one time did the winnings go to my redeemable balance. Oh let me also mention i won like some before. Not a problem now they on the dumb mess. Be aware. They will take your money. Let you win but not let you redeem

Beware of Vegawin!! I just got an email about a promo deal and they snuck in a 30x playthrough amount. They know there is no way to come out of the other side of this with a profit. I will never play on this site ever again.

Redeemed on this site twice. Had a third redemption request for 25 days, they then banned my account because I accidentally opened another account which I never even used or added funds on. Gave me the run around for nearly a month and then closed my account and gave me no chance to explain my accident creating another account. Recent reviews show how downhill this site has gone.

Update So after two weeks made yesterday they finally denied my redemption of $500.03 because no purchase and I have a play through required. Nowhere does it show or say that we have to do that on the website. Y’all are stealing people’s money and not wanting to pay out. I have reported y'all to the BBB AND NEXT I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. Now only they say I can redeem $100 and all my other money just vanished. Until I receive all my funds, y’all gone keep getting reported. Do not play vegawin they are a SCAM!!!!!!!

My 900 SC redemption, after waiting for 20 days being given the same run around information, has suddenly been cancelled without explanation and the funds returned to my account. I’ve been nothing but cordial and patient in my communications with the support team and wanted to take care of this internally, so I am extremely disappointed in how my case was handled. Since my redemption I’ve continued to deposit and play on Vegawin, but this experience makes it very hard to trust them. I’m more than happy to change my review if things change, but as things stand it is hard to recommend gaming here. Please loop me in on this so we can fix this together… 10/16 - Support has stopped responding to my tickets entirely.
