Hello Dracos, We’re sorry for the confusion here. We’ve reviewed your redemption and can confirm that it has already been processed on our side. Once a redemption has been processed, the receiving bank may take approximately 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account. Unfortunately, that processing time is controlled by the financial institution and is outside of our control. If you would like to follow up directly with your bank, please contact our Support team and we can provide the processing details and reference ID for the transaction, which you can share with your bank for further assistance.
