I have to say , so far I am truly impressed with this one! Redemptions are FAST. Usually 30 minutes. The verification was instant. The game selection is something like 650 games with tables too. They dont have keno which is the only complaint I have.

I recently redeemed $200. No issue! Came INSTANT. Then I won $250 from the BGAMING drops and was told I basically had to play back the amount won to redeem or pray to win more!! Then when I did redeem they asked for verification(mind you I’ve already verified everything before depositing a dime to this site to avoid any delays) I didn’t see that email which was Oct.3rd being that I had cancelled the redemption to try to win my money back but unfortunately didn’t. Ok now Oct.9h I won the mega jackpot and it’s over $1000. So I went to my email to contact support once I seen my payment was rejected and seen the email dated OCt.3rd to verify my card. Ok no big deal. I did that. Once that was done I redeemed again. Then I received an email a hour later asking for verification for my id, address, ANOTHER card I’ve used, and another bank statement!!!! I SUBMITTED IT ITS BEEN A HOUR AND NOTHING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I NEED MY MONEY ASAP

Hello there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration, especially after previously experiencing fast and successful redemptions. We would like to clarify that account verification and redemption verification are separate processes. Even if your account has been previously verified, additional documentation may be required when submitting a redemption request as part of our standard security and compliance procedures. These additional checks may include identity verification, proof of address, payment method verification, or bank statements. Such requests do not necessarily indicate an issue with your account but are part of the measures we take to ensure transactions are processed securely. Please also note that redemption requests requiring additional verification or internal review may take longer to process and are not eligible for our 1-Hour Redemption Guarantee while those checks remain pending. We understand that providing additional documentation can be frustrating, particularly when you have already completed previous verification steps. However, these requirements must be successfully completed before the redemption can proceed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout the verification process. Kind regards, The VegasBuilder Team
