About Vegan Fitness Redefined

Vegan Fitness Redefined brings a blended approach to coaching to help plant based or aspiring plant based founders, leaders, creators get lean, strong, and healthy while leading by example. VFR is uniquely positioned to help lead and coach on mindset, personal growth, and health & fitness development using 20+ years of evidence-based practice. We've worked with 100's of plant based high achievers, leaders, and founders over the past 8 years. We've seen what works - and what doesn't. As entrepreneurs, we've felt the struggle of feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, and putting yourself last. We're on a mission to help 100,000 plant-based founders, leaders, and creators become healthy, strong role models of health by 2035. Our committment is create plant based leaders who lead by example since the most effective way to influence others in a positive way is by embodying what you want to share. Rather than talking the talk, we teach and help leaders walk the walk. The goal of health & fitness is to ENHANCE our life rather than derail it. Rather than overcomplicate fitness, our aim is to make health & fitness accessible to each person we help. When you're ready - we're here to help you become your best plant based self. :) To learn more, visit us at: veganfitnessredefined.com
