Over the years our experience with Veeam have been excellent. The tool does what it says 'on the tin'. No fuss. Set it and let it do its job. Our account management team keep us fully abreast of developments and roadmaps. Technical support is timely and effective.

We are extremely satisfied with Veeam. It is a reliable, powerful, and well-designed solution that gives us complete confidence in the protection and recoverability of our critical systems. Two of the features I appreciate most are immutable backups, which provide strong protection against ransomware and unauthorized deletion, and SureBackup, which allows us to automatically verify that our backups are recoverable rather than simply assuming they are valid. As a financial institution, we must meet strict operational resilience requirements. Veeam plays an important role in supporting our compliance with the DORA regulation by helping us protect critical data, verify recoverability, and strengthen our business continuity and disaster recovery processes. The quality of Veeam’s technical support is equally impressive. Whenever assistance has been required, the support team has been professional, responsive, and highly competent, providing clear guidance and effective solutions. Overall, Veeam is an excellent product backed by outstanding support. I would highly recommend it to any organization that considers data protection, cyber resilience, and regulatory compliance a priority.

Thank you for this detailed review and for sharing how Veeam fits into your regulatory obligations! Protecting critical data, verifying recoverability, and strengthening continuity planning are all central to meeting DORA compliance. We're proud to be part of your strategy and will keep working to earn that trust.
I've been using Veeam for years, and it remains one of the few products that consistently delivers exactly what it promises. Backups are reliable, restores are fast, and the platform is easy to manage. One feature I especially value is SureBackup. Having an automated way to verify that backups are actually recoverable provides peace of mind and removes the guesswork that comes with traditional backup testing. It proves to auditors that we a confident that our backups work, because we actually test them. Veeam continues to innovate in areas like ransomware protection and cyber resilience while keeping the product practical.

Thank you for sharing your long-term experience with the platform! Having a reliable way to confirm backups are actually recoverable, rather than assuming they'll work, is exactly the kind of confidence we want customers to have when it matters most. We're glad reliability and ease of management have held up for you over the years, and we will continue striving to deliver that same level of confidence going forward.
This is an excellent and highly advanced product that offers a wide range of useful features, which are continuously being improved and expanded. It integrates seamlessly with virtually every hypervisor on the market and provides comprehensive support for all major hardware manufacturers. The price-to-performance ratio is fair and competitive, making it a solid choice for organizations of various sizes. Additionally, the support team is responsive and consistently makes a strong effort to provide assistance within an acceptable timeframe. Overall, it is a powerful, flexible, and future-oriented solution that delivers great value and ongoing innovation.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We're glad our platform compatibility is working well for your organization, and it's rewarding to hear that shows up in your day-to-day use. We'll keep pushing forward on innovation and feature development to keep delivering value for you.
We have been using Veeam solutions for many years, and Veeam is today one of our major partners in the data resilience space. As a member of the Veeam EMEA Kasten Partner Circle, we rely on Kasten to protect stateful workloads on Red Hat OpenShift — databases, observability backends and platform components — with backups exported to S3-compatible object storage backed by OpenShift Data Foundation. Cross-cluster restore works reliably, which makes both our DR posture and our cluster migrations far less stressful than they used to be. Mature products, a partner ecosystem that is genuinely supported, and responsive teams. Recommended.
