The sales representative explained the system and our options thoroughly. He mapped out the best plan for us and quoted a very competitive price. He was available to answer questions that our board of directors or membership might have. The technician arrived ahead of time and did a great job. He was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Vector to anyone.

We had no issues with Vector. Any time we had an issue with our cable line a service person came to the house and fixed the connectivity issues caused by the cable company. Never once were we billed. The we very responsive to false alarms and alway very professional. I would recommend them to the new owners of our house.

I would advise others to shop around and compare prices with all of these security companies.

Everyone I ever dealt with was easy to work with. There were very few instances where the alarm went off and most of them were my fault of forgetting that I had set the alarm and opening one of the doors accidentally. I don't understand what terms and conditions you are requesting below. I do not intend to continue my contract with Vector. I have had them for 5 years and it expires this month.

A couple of years ago during the summer when I had to be away from home 3 weekends in a row, I was broken into each weekend. However, due to Vectors system each time the police were notified and their response was timely enough to thwart the criminals attempted thievery. Fortunately the attempts stopped and there have been no further broachings of the system since.

We use Vector at my office and my home. We always find their staff very professional and sensitive to our times. Dave our service Tech is awesome. Evan has been great on the corporate side. Good Job!
