Disappointment and agonizing. Untrustworthy & choose them if you don't care about your convenience

I am reaching out to share my disappointing experience doing business with you and your company. I regret to say that it was awful, and it has greatly impacted my trust in your services. Upon reviewing the routes and prices, I found that they were not favorable. The rates were not competitive and were actually more expensive than what I could find online. Comparatively, others who booked around the same time (within a two-day window) secured better routes and rates. It seems that your rates do not offer any significant savings compared to online retailers such as Priceline. In fact, I estimate that I could have saved approximately $600 by not choosing your services. Additionally, my experience doing business with you has caused me significant troubles: 1) My credit card was compromised. 2) The cost for rebooking was nearly half of the quote you provided. 3) It appears that while prioritizing your profits as a business, the inconvenience to me was disregarded, resulting in lengthy layovers at similar online prices. I cannot find any tangible benefits from our business relationship. Due to this regrettable experience, I will neither continue doing business with your company nor refer anyone to your services. Also, to whoever it may concern, please DON'T FILL OUT A ONLINE FORM WITH CREDIT CARD DETAILS THAT THEY SEND YOU !! THEY Don't USE PayPal OR OTHER secured online transactions platforms such as Square or Stripe. My information was sold out ( Not sure they did but their operations/execution raises lot of flags ) and I am still fighting to recoup $3300 of fraudulent charges .If you need more evidence then reply it here .. I happy to share !! Don't be like me trusting them with your information.

Dear Sivasish, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and would like to address your concerns regarding your recent experience with us. Firstly, we regret any inconvenience caused by the flight schedule not meeting your requirements initially. As mentioned in our confirmation email and in accordance with airline policies, your ticket was non-refundable. We did our best to assist you by exploring alternative options, and we suggested you to reschedule your flight with the airline directly. We apologize for any confusion. As a company, we operate in USD, and your ticket with cathay was booked on Australian dollors so that could be the reason that cost was high from our vendors. We always aim to provide the most cost-effective solutions and suggested contacting the airline directly for potentially cheaper changes, which you successfully arranged. Regarding the unauthorized charge on your credit card, we empathize with your situation. However, it's important to clarify that we do not have access to or store your credit card information. Payments are securely processed through a trusted third-party platform, rightsignature.com, where customers authorize transactions directly. Unfortunately, incidents like fraud can occur independently of any specific transaction, and we are not involved in such matters. We take customer feedback seriously and continuously strive to improve our services. If there is anything else we can do to assist you further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Best regards, Customer Service Team Vayubooking
