You need to start downloading as it makes it very hard for the CSR's to input all the information in and then invoice it. All of the other companies download and it makes a transaction very easy. Thank you.

The quoting platform for agents has got to get better. It's super slow. The underwriters have been very responsive and the rates have been competitive.

Our experience from the beginning was exceptionally good. We called our agent after experiencing damage from the February 21 freeze in the Houston area ( extremely unusual event) ; Vault immediately assigned an adjuster who came as scheduled; conducted a detailed assessment of damages, was very friendly, provided a fair assessments of damages and the claim was immediately paid by Vault. The whole process was painless, didn't have to make any phone calls, steps were taken as promised.

In February we went through a significant winter storm that lasted for 10 days. During that time we had over $20,000.00 worth of damage to our home caused directly by the storm. Vault refused to cover anything.
