Hello! We are sorry to hear that the device didn't provide you exactly what you needed. The turning-on time depends on whether your device was just sleeping or turned off. In the first case, the waiting time shouldn't be longer than a few seconds. If you had your device turned off, then in fact it could take up to 30 seconds to turn it on. For multilingual conversations, we recommend using the GroupChat feature, where multiple devices can be connected in one conversation. Using that feature makes it easier as you don't have to switch between languages, as every user has their language set on their devices. If you need technical help to test it or check your device, please connect directly with our support at [email protected]. Thank you for your feedback!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry, but Vasco Translator V4 doesn't offer pinyin, only non-romanized Chinese. But you can set the translation from Chinese to English and have everything translated. The option to slow down the translation is available in Settings -> System -> Volume icon. To learn how all features work it's best to watch our video tutorials available here: https://manuals.vasco-electronics.com/#/us/v4/tutorials If you have any doubts or questions, please get in touch with us at [email protected] or call (646) 512 9916.

Hello Derek. Thank you for your feedback. We will inform our linguists about your experience and test again, as those models constantly evolve (same as languages), and we need to monitor everything constantly. We hope to soon deliver a spot-on translation in Japanese.

Hello Stephen. Thank you for sharing your experience. Let me start with the translation accuracy. As it is essential for us to keep the best quality, we always take such opinions very seriously. This message will be forwarded to our linguistics to make immediate tests and check why you didn't get accurate translations. The battery should work up to 2 or 3 days when used regularly but not constantly. If your battery is weaker, we should look closer at your device to ensure it works correctly. When it comes to Internet connection, the signal may be weaker in remote places where our operators do not have good coverage. We constantly work on getting more suppliers to offer even better coverage in every 200 countries.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback. The Internet connection can influence the translation time. We work to build the list of backup operators to make sure that the connection works as good as possible even in remote places, but it's hard to cover the country equally well. If your problem continues, please let us know and we will find the cause and the solution.
