VARON Oxygen ConcentratorReviews of varoninc.com

We purchased a VP-6 Oxygen machine From Varon. The site we purchased it from said 93% oxygen, it is actually 90% on other sites. Tried to return machine because it would not supply enough oxygen at 90%. First time we tried to return it, they wanted us to keep it and resell it to get our payment back, even offered us $120 for doing that. We received the VP-6 by UPS from Varon's warehouse in Ont. When we asked to return it they said the warehouse was moved. They only have a warehouse in Chino, California. I am supposed to ship it there and of course I am responsible for shipping, Tariffs, broker fees plus a 15% restocking fee. ! problem, UPS in Canada which is a 60 mile drive does not ship to the US because of so much problems to do it. We do not go to the states, no passport. I'm beginning to think I will have to get my Bank credit card provider involved in this, we used it so we would be able to use their services if we had a problem. This is beginning to act like 1. Order # is VR 21961

My order came in 4 separate shipments. They do not send to P.O. Boxes, and 2 were sent USPS. Where we live we don't get home delivery. Equipment works well for what it is. We will see.

My order is on séoul, the delevry time is very too long

I’ve been trying to get a return address to send back an oxygen concentrator for two weeks now, but I just can't get one! It’s absolutely ridiculous! I want to return my order. I’m going to file a formal complaint if they don’t send a return address soon. Order nr: VN1182

Easy ordering and fast shipping

The only thing I didnt like was that the back straps were too short and the carrying case was a bit small and I had to cut a slit on one side.
