Ordered on 10/17. Received email on 10/23 that they had shipped and allegedly it’s 2-3 days for shipping. Received the email today for please rate us and still haven’t even received them and when I just tracked it, it states USPS hasn’t even actually received the item from this company. First and last time I ever order through here.

I ordered $170 of product on 7/18. I got an email saying it was being delivered 7/30. On 8/2 I got an email it was preparing to be shipped. If I knew it would take over 3 weeks I would have ordered somewhere else. Still just hoping to receive.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day, which has affected the timing of your delivery. Additionally, we faced an issue with stock availability for some flavors you selected and reached out to resolve this quickly. We're committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. If there's anything more we can assist with, please contact our customer support team. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
I paid for my vape 2/17/24 and paid for 2 day expedite shipping. Today is 2/26/24 and it has still not arrived and I have no way of knowing how to contact customer service. When I track my package it says it’s at a store in Arizona. Please contact me so I can get a refund or another vape.
