Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. We truly apologize for the delay in the delivery of your vape order. We understand how important timely delivery is, especially when you've chosen an expedited shipping option. Please be assured that we did dispatch your order on the same day. However, due to the holiday period over the weekend, our shipping partner's operations were unexpectedly disrupted, leading to the delay you experienced. We are continuously working to improve our services and your feedback is invaluable in this process. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter and hope to serve you better in the future.
