I got promoted to a pro account today so I had multiple questions, I just went to their discord to create a ticket and they replied so fast all my questions were answered on point, Great customer support fr, and also I have received 11payouts (still counting) from this firm in case you are wondering if they are trustworthy. Thank you Vanta

Hi Neil, we use a third party KYC platform called sumsub. It is out of our control, generally speaking, and KYC can be flagged for a variety of reasons. However, if you reach out to our team in Discord, we would be happy to try and find a resolution for you: https://discord.gg/vantatrading

Love to hear this! Amazing and congratulations on payout #1.
Been deep in the weeds with Vanta Trading building out a full automated system on their API, and I have to give credit where it’s due. Fast payments actually fast, not “fast” with an asterisk. The support is what really stands out though: live humans on Discord, every time. No AI chatbot deflecting you into a help article. When I hit API questions or account issues, real people stayed on it until it was actually fixed. That’s rare in this space. If you’re serious about trading and want a platform that treats you like a real customer instead of a support ticket number, Vanta’s worth a look🍀
