Hello, I am emailing to review Vaneli and give consumers a helpful perspective. Vaneli was not helpful in resolving my complaint. We ordered syrups and pumps from the store but never received them. Vaneli did not help

My order was caneled after I placed the order and now you want to ask me how good you are at canceling? Not fulfilling an order 5 stars! Actually fulfilling an order 0 stars! Great job at doing nothing guys!

I had high hopes for this company. I received a defected item and was very patient and provided photos of proof and the non- qualify manager brushed it off and wouldn’t send me out a replacement. I can’t support or give a good review on this level of customer service.

They cancelled my order and refused to send it out to me because I have had a lost package from them in the past. Super unfair and unprofessional to deny me this service. Will not order or support anymore.
