We're happy to hear that your experience was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your positive feedback with our team!
The main part of the course was OK, but I found the last section to be completely not about the subject and a review of an ethics course.

We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry the final section didn't meet your expectations and seemed unrelated. We will review the course content.
Class was very informative, however it was also very time consuming. It is 4 credit hours and a required yearly class, but there is no way it can actually be completed in that time frame. Plan for more time than 4 hours.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're glad the class was informative. We're sorry it took more time than expected for the 4-credit hour course. We will review the course workload. Thanks for your feedback!
I took a 4 hour continuing education course that took 8 hours. This was deceptive, exhaustive and frustrating and we were required to complete it within a shorter time frame than I remember in the past. So much better to take this course in person but hard to find anyone doing in person ever since covid.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We're sorry the continuing education course took longer than expected and was frustrating. We'll review the course content and timing to improve the experience. We value your feedback.
I know you have to adhere to the requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Departments, but the class as it stands cannot be completed in less that 6 hours if you follow all of the parts of the class. That is way too long for a 4hour credit class you are forced to take to keep your license. Your class is fine it is the subject matter and the amount that is required.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge your concern about the course length relative to the credit hours. We recognize the subject matter's intensity and the time commitment needed for license renewal can be a lot. We'll review this to see where we can improve.
I do the lessons on my time and when I am available, not when the class teacher is available. This is the best of both worlds. I get to complete my required CE at the same as using my free time schedule to complete them.
